JOB DESCRIPTION

Robin Kelly for Senate is searching for a Call Time Manager for the 2026 election cycle to lead Congresswoman Kelly’s fundraising call time program. The ideal candidate is resourceful, eager to take initiative, and comfortable thinking on their feet to solve challenges creatively and efficiently. This position will start ASAP in Q2 of 2025. This position is based in Washington, D.C., and the employee will be expected to regularly staff the Congresswoman in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff the Congresswoman’s weekly fundraising call time, ensuring the database is updated on a regular basis and sending a daily call time report to Congresswoman + team.

  • Create a system for daily research on existing and prospective donors, creating a robust pipeline of calls for the Congresswoman to expand her donor networks.

  • Work closely with the In-State and National fundraising program to make requested calls.

  • Maintain regular communication with the finance team and consultants about most updated call time needs and priorities.

  • Run a robust call time follow-up operation, ensuring that follow-up emails are sent promptly and any resulting staff follow-up is completed.

  • If DC-based, assist with DC-based event staffing, check pickups and contribution processing.

  • Other duties as assigned, which may grow over the course of the cycle depending on the employee and campaign’s needs and demonstrated strengths.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic who is willing to work weekends and evenings in a fast-paced campaign environment, with a high level of attention to detail

  • At least one cycle/1-2 years of experience in political fundraising, including as an intern, is ** preferred but not required**

  • Excellent computer skills, especially Excel and Google Spreadsheets

  • Familiarity with NGP, ActBlue, and call time software preferred but not required

Salary: $4,500-$6,000 per month based on experience and qualifications
