Job Description

**Strategic Paid Media Associate **
Full time - DC located - Hybrid working arrangement
Pay Range – commensurate upon experience - $50-$60K range

OTM is a woman-owned and operated full-scale ad planning, buying and competitive tracking firm dedicated to advancing Democratic ideals and campaigns. We are looking for a Media Associate who will help OTM in supporting clients in all that we do. OTM handles strategic planning and buying, for linear, CTV, and digital campaigns. We track competitive spending, traffic our advertisements and make sure all vendors have been paid and accounts have been reconciled.

If you have a passion for progressive political issues and enjoy excel – this job is for you. You would also have:
- Bachelor’s degree and specialized training or on-the-job training
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communications skills
- Self-starter who exercises initiative
- Strong interest in 2024 elections, keeping current with news around assigned political races

You will ultimately have the opportunity to:
- Coordinate and track political advertising dollars spent by opponents and allies
- Collection and management of television, radio, and digital rate cards; updating rates within our buying software - Strata
- Traffic and ship our advertisements to media vendors
- Monitoring advertising content with tools like AdImpact, Competitive Edge and TVEyes; tracking messaging and positive or negative tones
- Assisting with media research to ultimately create media plans
