About the Position: Bantam Communications is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Manager for various grassroots campaigns across multiple locations. The Field Manager will be responsible for training, overseeing, and reporting out on multiple grassroots engagements. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing, training, and mentoring teams of field organizers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage field teams, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity

2. Create strategic field organizing plans that align with broader objectives for each project engagement.

3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• 5 years of experience in campaign management, advocacy, or public affairs organizing.

• Excellent political instincts

• Experience organizing across multiple community types, from rural to urban.

• A good people-person/listener with a track record of successful hiring and staff retention.

• Creative, analytical problem-solving and ability to adapt plans to the realities of what’s happening on the ground.
