About the Role
Corinne Fisher for Mayor is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the campaign’s fundraising efforts and help build a strong grassroots donor network in New York City. This role requires strong organization, communication, and strategic planning skills to develop and execute an effective fundraising program. The Finance Manager will manage all aspects of donor research, outreach, and follow-up. Additionally, the Finance & Call Time Manager will assist with event fundraising and compliance to help build a strong financial foundation for the campaign.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute NYC-based fundraising events

Conduct donor outreach via phone, email, mail, and text

Develop and track the campaign finance plan and fundraising goals

Facilitate fundraising solicitations and pledge follow-ups

Support and staff Corinne Fisher’s call time for donor engagement

Maintain accurate donor records and financial data in campaign database

Manage the donor acknowledgment and thank-you program

Prepare briefing memos and fundraising materials

Assist with fundraising events, including planning, execution, and donor engagement.

Assist with other campaign finance-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
At least two cycles of fundraising experience with a campaign, political committee, or nonprofit.

Experience using NGP, Campaign Deputy, or other donor management platforms.

Basic understanding of campaign finance laws and compliance.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel when needed.

Experience with small, mid-size, and large fundraising events.
