AGENCY has a record of providing excellent direct mail, design, and targeting services to our clients, and we’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive.Senior Account Executives are responsible for leading the creative, production, and design processes, drafting and maintaining budgets, and serving in a lead role on client accounts. Ideal candidates have at least 2 cycles of political experience in a mid or senior-level role, can work in a fast-paced environment with teammates locally and around the country, and are extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated. This role is remote, and candidates must be based in the US for the duration of the employment period.Requirements and Qualifications include: ability to lead creative, production, and design processes and exceed client expectations; success managing multiple timelines and prioritizing deadlines; strong interpersonal communication skills (direct conversations, Gchat/email, conflict resolution); ability to learn and use project management software; ability to complete assigned work between 9 am–6 pm Central Time, Monday–Friday.Position Details: This is a temporary, full time role through November 2026. Compensation: $6,300 monthly. End-of-cycle bonuses are awarded based on individual and firm performance. Starting salaries are not negotiated.
