AGENCY has a record of providing excellent direct mail, design, and targeting service to our clients and we’re seeking an experienced Account Executive.Account Executives ensure creative, production, and design processes are completed; ensure accurate budgets and deadlines; assist account leads on client accounts; and guarantee quality control and administrative best practices are upheld. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of relevant political experience, can work in a fast-paced environment with teammates locally and around the country, and are extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated. This role is remote, and candidates must be based in the US for the entirety of the employment period.Requirements and Qualifications include: ability to ensure creative, production, and design processes are completed while exceeding client expectations; success managing project timelines and prioritizing deadlines; provide administrative quality control and attention to detail; strong interpersonal communication skills (direct conversations, Gchat/email, conflict resolution); ability to learn and use project management software; ability to complete assigned work between 9 am–6 pm Central Time, Monday–Friday.Position Details: This is a temporary, full time role through November 2026. Compensation: $5,525 monthly. End-of-cycle bonuses are awarded based on individual and firm performance. Starting salaries are not negotiated.
