YOU are someone with deep experience in print production or data direction, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives, looking for a role that blends leadership, logistics, and creative problem-solving in service of progressive clients across the country.AGENCY is hiring a Data, Production and Operations Assistant to work with our COO to oversee and optimize print production operations, implement process improvements, complete firm-wide operations goals, and serve in a part-time Data Director capacity managing data programs for direct mail clients. You’ll be a main contributor within our operations team, playing a critical role in ensuring flawless execution and delivery of print and mail products, operations goals, and backend service to staff, customers, and vendors.Requirements and Qualifications include: serve as a key contributor on the Operations team; track POs, invoices, and production schedules; troubleshoot and resolve production challenges; develop and execute data programs for direct mail clients (list strategy, segmentation, targeting); project manage staff and vendor requests; own and execute QC for all outgoing data files and maintain list integrity standards; coordinate with client services and production teams to ensure data timelines align with mail drop schedules. Additional requirements: minimum 3 years’ experience in political data, print production, or related business management; preferred proficiency in Votebuilder/VAN and TargetSmart (familiarity with Catalist, Murmuration, L2, Resonate); proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Gmail; highly detail-oriented with strong organization; ability to learn and master new software and systems; demonstrated work executing direct mail production and/or data projects; leadership and mentoring experience; cross-department collaboration; familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn.Position Details: This is a temporary, full time role through November 2026. Compensation: $5,600 monthly. End-of-cycle bonuses are awarded based on individual and firm performance. Starting salaries are not negotiated.
