AGENCY has a record of providing excellent direct mail, design, and targeting service to our clients and we’re seeking a Graphic Designer.Graphic Designers work directly with the creative and account services team to ensure strategic direct mail campaigns are designed, edited, approved and sent to print on deadline. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated. This role is remote, and candidates must be based in the US.Responsibilities include: Work with Creative and Client Service teams to concept and design direct mail campaigns; implement existing branding; deliver industry-leading design and error-free editing on time-sensitive timelines; availability to meet client deadlines including nights/weekends; quickly switch between a variety of work and clients; create compelling political branding and logo design.Compensation: $5,275 monthly, based on experience; end-of-cycle bonuses based on performance. AGENCY does not negotiate starting salaries.Requirements: 3+ years professional graphic design experience; proven ability to work remotely (individually and with a team); expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with Adobe Firefly or other AI tools; ability to work within project management software and cloud file storage; ability to create high volumes of original designs; strong visual skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize/manage work to adhere to critical timelines; communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale.Benefits: 100% premium-paid medical, dental and vision; 401k with 4% employer match; up to $100 cell phone stipend; 100% paid life insurance; professional development; flexible PTO.
