Media Account AssociateRemoteA political media firm is looking for a Media Account Associate to join our team. The best fit for our firm is an individual with prior campaign or political firm experience who understands how paid media programs operate in fast-paced election environments. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate next steps while managing multiple deadlines. We work in the unpredictable environment of political campaigns, so interested candidates must be team players who think independently and follow through to get things done. This is a remote, contract position through November 13, 2026.Key Responsibilities:- Serving as the direct support role for multiple clients, managing media plan workflows and tracking execution across television and digital programs- Project managing media plan requests from kickoff through client delivery, including version tracking and deadline management- Coordinating with linear and digital buying teams to ensure accurate placement, trafficking, compliance, and reporting- Tracking authorizations, invoices, and payment confirmations prior to campaign launch- Submitting competitive requests and requesting reporting dashboards as needed- Maintaining the firm’s high standard of comprehensive client services that meet deadlines and exceed client expectations across all components of paid mediaSkills & Qualifications:- Previous political campaign or political firm experience recommended- Understanding of campaign timelines and paid media execution- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills- Advanced proficiency in the Google Suite- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic- Flexible schedule approaching client deadlines and election datesBenefits & Compensation:- A salary range of $70,000-$75,000, depending on experience- 401(k) with 3% employer contribution- Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance offered- Remote-friendly team with flexible working hours- High-impact, fast-paced work that supports critical causes and campaigns
