A|L Media is looking for a Linear Ad Operations Associate (Linear Ad Ops Associate) to join our team for the 2026 election cycle. Remote; position open to candidates anywhere.Summary:- Preferably has political interest with media and/or buying assistant experience in TV and radio; familiar with Excel, Word, Monday.com; Strata or similar buying platform is a plus.Key Responsibilities:- Gather media pricing for TV, radio, and out-of-home.- Maintain professional relationships with station reps; stay in contact during campaigns.- Generate buy reports and book orders; create/deliver media campaign reports and budget reconciliations.- Maintain high standard of client services; work well in a remote team.Benefits & Compensation:- Annual salary $55,000.- 401(k) with 3% employer contribution; health, dental, vision; remote-friendly; flexible hours; high-impact work.
