Samples of work required.Key Responsibilities: contribute creative ideas and execution; create/refine graphic elements for TV, digital, print, and presentations; collaborate with production and account teams; excel in motion, color, typography, composition, imagery; animate 2D/3D; follow A|L workflows; stay organized and detail oriented.Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years experience (not entry-level); expert proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint), AE plugins, and related motion design tools; excellent communication; ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-project environment; team player and self-motivated; availability nights and weekends; editing and storyboarding a plus.Benefits & Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 annually (through Nov 2026); 401(k) with 3% employer contribution; healthcare, dental, vision; remote-friendly; high-impact work; opportunities to expand skills; mission-driven environment.
