Budget Oversight & Resource Planning

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and accurate reporting to clients.
  • Anticipate future needs and help design systems to scale client work effectively.

Content & Communications

  • Support the development of client-facing materials including memos, reports, decks, and strategic communications.
  • Provide input and leadership on messaging, campaign strategies, and rapid response efforts.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in public affairs, issue advocacy, communications, or digital strategy.
  • Strong track record managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns across digital, communications, and advocacy platforms.
  • Experience with budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term planning with rapid response execution.
  • Experience with digital advocacy, paid media, or political campaigns is a plus.
