BattleAxe Digital is seeking an Account Director to lead digital fundraising, advocacy and communication programs for high profile candidates, organizations and PACs. Candidates should have prior experience leading digital fundraising programs.

Account Directors serve as senior members of the Fundraising Department as well the overall BattleAxe Digital leadership team. Account Directors lead both internal and external team meetings for clients, work cross-departmentally to craft the highest-performing campaigns and serve as mentors for Associates and Strategists. Account Directors must be team players willing to assist in every aspect of a clients program from set up and send to qa if required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-value client relationship
• Manage all aspects of client digital fundraising programs, including overall strategy, content creation, results analysis, production, acquisition, and budget projections
• Lead brainstorms, team meetings, conference calls, etc.
• Effectively manage internal BattleAxe Digital Staff
• Serve on the Fundraising Department and BattleAxe Leadership team
• Develop innovative departmental processes to increase team efficiency
• Assist in business development and new client acquisition

Requirements:

• 7 years of relevant experience in email fundraising, direct response, or other digital or fundraising programs
• Previous program management experience
• 2 years of staff management experience
• Ability to learn new platforms and interfaces quickly
• Demonstrated interest in progressive politics or causes
• Enthusiasm for data and testing fundraising content
• A desire to play a role in fundraising for major political campaigns, nonprofits, and causes
• Incredible attention to detail
• Strong copywriting and grammar skills
