Operations Manager

Work Includes:
- Preparing briefing materials, draft and edit memos, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings for executive leaders and DC office events (retreats, etc.).
- Assist the Art department with video production logistics including traveling to video shoots and other tasks when needed.
-Identifying and resolving issues within the organization, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support business development including drafting and editing RFP responses, managing conference logistics, researching potential new clients.
- Help accounting with budget tracking, reconciliation, payroll, and other tasks as needed
- Contributing to developing long-range plans and strategic initiatives, working with other leaders to achieve organizational goals.
- Establish onboarding and manage promotion protocols, work with department leadership onboarding and setting staff up for success.
-Responsible for developing and implementing plans for major projects, ensuring they are on track and meeting deadlines.
-Ensures that the organization's policies and procedures are followed, promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
-Support client management, especially concerning creative and web projects
- Assists with benefits, HR and operations execution, act as a liaison with legal as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed. In some cases, the Operations Manager may be responsible for overseeing staff within their area of responsibility.

Requirements:
- Must be DC based and able to work from our NW office location at least 3 days a week
- Able to travel, sometimes with relatively short notice
- Must be comfortable with technology and handling office electronics
- Strong experience with Google Workspace and experience with AirTable, Zapier, Looker Studio preferred
- Operations and/or production experience
The salary for the position is 81,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
