We are hiring an Account Manager to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of client accounts. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our marketing clients, cultivating strong relationships and campaign implementation, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality.

You’ll oversee cross-functional teams, guide campaign creative and digital workflows, manage to budgets and timelines, and identify opportunities to expand client partnerships. Experience, Skills and Competency Requirements

  • Prior account management experience (4 years minimum) within a marketing, social, brand or advertising agency, or similar multi-disciplinary digital or creative venture.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and creative workflows.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Experience in leading and working alongside diverse teams in a collaborative and respectful manner.
  • Problem-solving proficiency and the ability to manage and execute complex projects successfully.
  • Flexibility to move between different project areas as needed.
  • A strong background in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive client success and business growth.
  • Proven leadership skills with the capability to direct cross-functional teams.
  • Skillful in project and budget management, capable of juggling multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • A strategic and innovative approach to cultivating opportunities within client relationships.
  • Experience with training, coaching, and mentoring junior-level employees.
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Monday, etc. required.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead the strategic direction of accounts, ensuring that all service teams collaborate effectively to produce cohesive and impactful results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and maintaining solid relationships.
  • Play a critical role in business development through client upselling and nurturing the growth of clients' businesses.
  • Ensure that all client projects adhere to set timelines and that the agency produces high-quality work at a quick pace.
  • Work closely with team members to facilitate project management, removing roadblocks and ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
  • Discern when to bring in specialists to augment the team's capabilities and enhance project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing clarity and becoming the main point of contact for all service areas included in the contract.

Salary Range

$70,000-$90,000.
