We are hiring a Senior Account Director to join our Revenue team. In this role, you will own key client relationships, lead strategy, and help drive account growth through exceptional campaign execution and new opportunities. You’ll play a critical role in helping our clients meet their goals while contributing to the overall success of our team. Experience, Skills, & Competency Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client account management, fundraising strategy, digital marketing, sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts, securing renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Strong leadership ability, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple client accounts and initiatives.
  • Experience leading sales efforts, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess data and drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to changing client and business needs.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Proficient in operational processes, reporting systems, and client management technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary client liaison for key client accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Translate client goals into clear scopes of work and executional plans, anticipating needs and addressing issues proactively.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, track deliverables, and lead performance reviews backed by strategic insights and data.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal team delivery.

Campaign Oversight & Strategic Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery from the client perspective, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support execution and resolve roadblocks.
  • Review and interpret performance data to help shape recommendations and ensure campaign optimization.
  • Stay informed on digital trends, bringing insights back to clients and internal teams.

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue upsell, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support discovery sessions and lead the development of tailored recommendations for prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the growth of the client portfolio by collaborating on new business pitches and proposal development.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of BCom’s offerings to align them with client goals.

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members assigned to accounts.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, documentation, and workflow improvements.
  • Serve as a trusted collaborator across departments, ensuring smooth internal coordination and information sharing.
