Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate, and talented Voter Protection and
Access Associate who will support the National Voter Protection and Access Program,
which aims to ensure that all eligible voters have an opportunity to vote and have that
vote counted. The 2024 program will include a focus on election administration and
opportunities to enhance voting access prior to Election Day, as well as a robust voter
education and protection operation during voting periods.
As a member of the National Voter Protection and Access Team, the Voter Protection
and Access Associate will support volunteer efforts, project-manage across
workstreams, and serve as a special projects manager.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as a key component of our volunteer pipeline and support with
communication, training, and overall volunteer management.
● Perform coordination, documentation, project management, systems and data
management, and reporting.
● Drafting materials for team members on a range of topics.
● Support the execution of events and engagements, including virtual briefings and
events.
● Support additional special projects as needed.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
● 1-3 years of experience in government, non-profit, or advocacy organization
preferred
● Excellent organizational skills
● Strong written and proactive communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
with the ability to work effectively at all levels
● Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a detail-
oriented manner.
● Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
● Demonstrated commitment to the values of the Biden-Harris Campaign
