Your confident leadership of teams focused on complex, multichannel direct response fundraising programs will help to balance strategic vision with day-to-day progress, while also identifying opportunities for program growth. You’ll align priorities, strategies, channel touchpoints, and execution details while fostering highly effective collaboration and shared ownership of outcomes. Unify cross-functional teams, fostering strong collaboration, shared accountability, and momentum from planning through execution. Own proactive problem-solving and risk management, addressing challenges early and escalating thoughtfully when broader input or decisions are required. Partner closely with strategists to guide short- and long-term planning, interpret performance, and translate results into clear, actionable insights. Communicate with clarity, confidence, and influence, leading productive discussions, navigating complex conversations, and keeping work moving forward. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience. 6+ years of fundraising agency or nonprofit program experience in digital direct response marketing. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities; strong initiative, curiosity, and a sense of humor; ability to manage competing projects and deadlines; proven success growing programs preferred. Digital Programs: Strong fluency in digital marketing (email, web, texting, paid media), understanding of digital journeys, platforms, analytics, and martech; ability to facilitate conversations between clients and technical/data/digital teams. Direct Mail Programs: Experience guiding direct mail strategy; informed oversight of execution (data instructions, package specs, artwork, pricing, schedules); understanding of print, data processing, mailing workflows, personalization/segmentation/variable data. Location and Benefits: We welcome applications from candidates across the country and welcome full-time remote employees; clients are largely based in Eastern Time. Headquarters in Concord, NH; employees across all four U.S. time zones. Some limited travel required. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including PTO/holidays/volunteer time; health insurance with dental and vision discount; wellness program; company-funded HRA and HSA/Flex; life and short-term disability insurance; values-led rewards and recognition.
