About the Role
COURIER is seeking a creative and mission-aligned Video Content Producer to lead the development of dynamic, story-driven video content that brings our work and values to life across digital platforms. This role is central to how we engage audiences, showcase impact, and build our public identity as a pro-democracy, values-based media organization.
As the lead video producer within the marketing team, you’ll ideate, script, film, and edit short and long-form video content for COURIER’s owned channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters, and social platforms. You’ll also serve as an occasional on-camera host or voice, helping connect audiences to the people and stories behind our civic media mission. While the focus is video-first, strong writing skills are also needed to support content like captions, headlines, and lightweight copy for web and newsletters. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will produce content for both COURIER National and the state newsroom network.
This is a high-visibility, creative role with room to grow on the marketing team.
