The Call Time Manager, under the direction of a Finance Director, will oversee the call time program and all the prep, staffing, and follow-up necessary to executing one of the most important aspects of the finance program.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the call time process for the candidate including but not limited to pulling call targets, creating call sheets, staffing candidate call time, taking detailed notes, call time follow-up, and pledge chasing.
  • Track all data and ensure it is entered into NGP/database systems.
  • Staffs campaign events as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have at least one cycle of finance experience and proficiency in call time management, planning and executing fundraising events, candidate staffing, and organization. Must be available for evening and weekend work as needed.

Candidates with significant experience managing staff or principles are strongly encouraged to apply.

Additional sought-after qualities:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, NGPVAN, Numero, or other similar donor database experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions

While this position may be remote work initially, candidates should be prepared for the possibility of relocating to the state where their assigned campaign is based as the campaign progresses. Relocation expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.
