  • Support the operational and administrative aspects of Election Administration programming, including all aspects of volunteer engagement and responding to election- or voting-related incidents
  • Contribute to processes around volunteer recruiting, training, managing, credentialing, and reporting
  • Create resources and implement training documentation for volunteers and volunteer leaders
  • Maintain voter protection volunteer data in Votebuilder, ensuring organization and data integrity
  • Facilitate internal and external communication around voter protection in Georgia
  • Support other voter protection team members and programs as needed, including voter contact phone banks, the voter protection Hotline, ballot cure and the poll watching program.

Organizes from a racial justice perspective, with emphasis on voter suppression’s disproportionate impact on communities of color
  • Collaborative, able to anticipate teammates’ needs, willing to work long and irregular hours

  • Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in order to meet deadlines
