The Democratic Party of Georgia is seeking experienced Regional Organizing Directors to lead a diverse and robust team of Regional Organizing Directors for the 2026 Georgia Coordinated Campaign. We are looking for passionate, hardworking individuals who are committed to building the turnout operation needed to win elections up and down the ballot in November 2026. This fundamental role within the Organizing Department is a full-time position and is based in an assigned region of Georgia. Applicants can apply here.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage a team of Field Organizers.
• Implement strategies and systems that lead your regions to successfully meet and exceed daily, weekly, and phase organizing goals, as well as maintain data integrity.
• Support the hiring and onboarding of field organizers.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders in the designated region.
• Engage in direct voter contact and volunteer recruitment.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ cycles of organizing experience. Strong preference for at least two cycles of coordinated campaign experience or experience managing paid staff.
• Ability to create a motivating and inclusive culture.
• Willingness to manage a diverse team with different experiences and perspectives, and a commitment to helping them grow and succeed.
• Experience working in large, metric-driven voter contact programs.
• Proficient in VAN

Compensation and Location
The salary for this role is $5,665 a month. This is a cycle position and ends on November 15, 2026.
Applicants must live in or be willing to relocate to Georgia. Applicants must have the ability to travel
throughout the state for up to several days at a time and must have a valid driver’s license.
