The Democratic Party of Georgia is seeking a full-time Finance Associate. The DPG is looking for a full-time, intelligent, interactive, self-starting individual to join its finance team as we work to elect our Democratic officials up and down the ticket in 2026. This is an opportunity to be part of the most dynamic state parties in the country in a top Senate battleground state.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Finance Director on upkeep and maintenance of database, including donor information and extensive prospective donor research
• Assist with recruiting and directing interns
• Prep and staff call time with principals
• Assist organizing and and planning fundraising events
• Ensuring event goals are met and exceeded
• Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
• Applicant may be asked to perform other campaign related activities
• Manage Finance Assistant/ Call Time Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least one cycle of previous finance/fundraising experience
• Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment
• Ability to manage a lot of projects simultaneously and cheerfully
• Knowledge of NGP Software preferred
• A true self-starter who is a detail-oriented team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

The Democratic Party of Georgia offers a competitive salary and benefit package that is commensurate with experience. This is a cycle position with an end date in November 2026.
