Location: Portland area, This position is based in our Portland office, and is not remote.
Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience and ranges from $7,500 to $9,500/month.

The Democratic Party of Oregon is hiring an experienced Coordinated Campaign Manager to lead the party’s work electing Democrats up and down the ballot. The ideal candidate is highly organized, loves fast paced campaigns and wants to lead a big, dynamic team across the state.
This is a limited duration position and will run through November 30, 2026. The role is based in Portland, Oregon, with periodic travel throughout the state. This position reports to the Coordinated Campaign Director, and will work closely with the Democratic Party of Oregon Executive Director and Coordinated Campaign Table.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Plan and oversee statewide campaign field programs that engage and mobilize a large scale network of volunteers.
- Work closely with campaign managers, staff and consultants to ensure effective cross-campaign coordination and collaboration.
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate and manage a large team of field staff, including both Regional Field Directors and Field Organizers.
- Partner with a diverse array of organizations and constituency leaders to advance the Coordinated Campaign goals.
- Travel throughout the state to assist with candidate events and oversee staff in different regions.
- Ensure Coordinated Campaign staff and programs comply with campaign finance rules and requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years experience with political campaigns.
- Experience training, managing and coaching staff and volunteers.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and likes to see a job well done.
- Flexibility to work long, irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, and maintain a focus on results.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, complete projects under tight deadlines, and deliver under pressure.
- Proficiency in campaign and general technology including NGPVAN, Google Apps, Microsoft Office apps, etc.

This is a full-time exempt position, based in Portland. Benefits include a phone stipend, fully paid health, vision, and dental coverage, paid sick and vacation leave. Salary is commensurate with experience and ranges from $7,500 to $9,500/month.
