| Political Constituency Manager The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) is hiring a Political Constituency Manager to support the DSCC’s political, constituency, and surrogates program work for the 2026 cycle. The Political Constituency Manager will work closely with the Deputy Executive Director and report to the Senior Political and Engagement Director The ideal candidate brings 2-3 election campaign cycles or the equivalent of experience, a strong knowledge of constituency and partner landscape, and the ability to adapt quickly while balancing multiple priorities. The Political Constituency Manager will report to the Senior Political and Engagement Director and work closely with the political and coordinated departments. This position is based in Washington, DC. This position is expected to regularly come into the DSCC office and may require travel throughout the cycle and travel to a battleground state for GOTV efforts ahead of Election Day. Duties and Responsibilities: - Work to increase the effectiveness and visibility of the DSCC’s constituency engagement strategies and programs
- Support the political and engagement department and the organizing department around opportunities for DSCC to grow and develop its coalitions and constituency engagement
- Track the demographic landscape(s) related to electoral and issue organizing; monitor demographic and political trends; and prepare background materials and other documents as necessary
- Work with the DSCC’s surrogate team to identify surrogates in key battleground states and collaborate with other departments to include digital, finance and communication teams to maximize the usage of identified surrogates
- Oversee constituency outreach and engagement programs
- Participate in development of constituency-specific materials, media and resources
Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience: - 2-3 cycles or the equivalent of experience for a Democratic campaign, committee, constituency, advocacy organization, or other political office
- Existing relationships with constituency groups and community leaders
- Experience in coalition building, stakeholder management, and problem solving
- Strong time management, verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team and maintain constant communication with your teammates
