Double Tap Democracy (DTD) is a new media network that connects cultural creators with impactful causes to drive change. We serve the next generation of leaders and organizations to execute turn-key social campaigns to reach audiences tuning out traditional media.

Responsibilities:

• Create various social media strategies for both branded and unbranded accounts
• Develop content and draft compelling social copy, and maintain the day-to-day and week-to-week content calendars across platforms
• Create graphics and vertical video content that’s on trend and utilizes established branding
• Analyze social media metrics and produce periodic reports to identify overall trends and recognize opportunities for growth
• Manage social media content for newsletters and maintain listservs for outreach across several audiences
• Assist with marketing materials and social media content for creator events
• Assist with website updates as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience creating vertical video content for Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Knowledge of how to craft a message for different audiences to help drive engagement
• Familiarity with publishing social media content for a principal or organization with a large following
• Produced social media metrics reports to identify strategic missteps and successes
• Knows social media platforms inside and out and has a keen sense of what’s trending

Desired qualifications:

• Knowledge of Sprout Social or other social media management tools
• Graphic design and video editing experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs
• Experience with email newsletter platforms like MailChimp, NGP, ActionNetwork, etc.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and metrics reporting
