Double Tap Democracy (DTD) is a new media network that connects cultural creators with impactful causes to drive change. We serve the next generation of leaders and organizations to execute turn-key social campaigns to reach audiences tuning out traditional media.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with creators who align with our organization's overall mission, values, and target audiences
• Conduct outreach to out-of-the-box sources for cultural creators, such as podcasts, gamers, digital media accounts, talent agencies, and emerging social media platforms
• Recruit, vet, and onboard new content creators into the Double Tap network
• Manage relationships with creators already in the network and foster collaborations
• Maintain an up-to-date roster of Double Tap creators across all platforms
• Draft creative briefs for programs to communicate policy and messaging in social media-friendly ways
• Pull metrics for programs and develop new methods to address reporting needs
• Attend and help execute in-person events as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience engaging with content creators in a professional setting
• Has produced social media metrics reports to identify strategic missteps and successes
• Knows social media platforms inside and out and has a keen sense of what’s trending
