- GMMB has a hybrid work schedule with at least three days in office presence; additional in office days as needed.

- Salary range - $50,000 - $60,000
- This is a full-time, salaried and benefits eligible position to run through mid-November 2026.
We’re looking for detail-oriented and politically engaged Media Assistants to support our paid media team in tracking and managing advertising efforts for key political campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about politics—especially the upcoming 2026 elections—and enjoys working with data and paid media logistics.
You are…A proactive and organized individual who can:
- Stay up to date on news and developments related to assigned political races, with a strong interest in the 2026 election cycle.
- Track and manage political advertising expenditures ($$) by both allies and opponents including linear television, cable, radio, streaming and audience addressable.
- Compile and deliver daily reports on advertising directly to campaign teams.
- Collect, organize, and maintain television, radio, and digital rate cards; update rates within our media buying software (Strata).
- Coordinate the trafficking and delivery of advertisements to media vendors.
- Monitor and analyze advertising content, including messaging themes (e.g., economy, environment, abortion) and tone (positive/negative).
- Assist in processing and coordinating payments to media vendors.
- Takes initiative to learn about internal AI tools (Copilot, Omni AI) and utilize them for daily tasks.
You bring…
- A bachelor’s degree, plus specialized or on-the-job training.
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to take initiative.
- A genuine passion for progressive political values and issues.
