- GMMB has a hybrid work schedule with at least 3 days in-office presence; additional in-office days as needed.
- This position is based in Washington, DC.
- Salary range $85,000 - $110,000
- This is a full-time, salaried and benefits eligible position to run through mid-November 2026.
GMMB seeks an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead strategic data initiatives and drive impact for political campaigns and progressive causes. In this role, you'll develop and maintain data infrastructure and reporting dashboards, manage a team of Data Associates, deliver strategic guidance across multiple industries, and communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.

- Develop strategic guidance and solutions for outreach efforts across different industries, including political campaigns, healthcare, education, environmental, advocacy, and more.
- Lead on the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, analysis, reporting dashboards, and other data-related projects.
- Communicate and present technical findings and ideas to non-technical audience, both in writing and verbally.
- Manage multiple active projects and priorities.
- Assist in team management by directly managing Data Associates.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in the Adtech space and provide recommendations on GMMB’s data, tech, and AI stack.
You have...
- 5+ years of experience working in the field of data science, marketing, and political campaigns, with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
- Advance knowledge of how data science and marketing are utilized for strategy development for political campaigns (or any other GMMB issue area).
- Extensive experience working in the various flavors of SQL.
- Advance experience working in Python; experience with other programming languages is also useful.
- Experience producing and delivering informative and engaging data visualization using industry leading tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Shiny, Dash or D3).
- A meticulous eye for detail and exceptional organization skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- The ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends - because we're a client services firm so sometimes that's when our clients need us.
- Strong interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively across teams.
- A passion for progressive causes and is not afraid to question the status quo (we encourage it!).
- A desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
