This entry-level position offers you an opportunity to strengthen your grasp of baseline research skills and showcase your proficient proofing and copy-editing skills. In this role, attention to detail is paramount. You will proofread data and writing for accuracy and will format initial drafts of quantitative research deliverables and presentation packages. You will support our senior staff by conducting background research, preparing materials, monitoring
surveys and reviewing data, and providing baseline social listening support on projects with digital communication components. You
will coordinate with other internal departments to ensure we meet all project needs. This role also offers you an opportunity to flex your project
management muscles! Under supervision from our senior team, you will serve as the main point of contact with vendors, overseeing all
aspects of research in the field, including budget tracking. As an Election Year Project Associate at GQR, you will receive mentorship and
training to help you grow your skills and network for personal and professional development. We will look to you to be a team-player, offering ideas and demonstrating to our team your willingness to pitch in and help your colleagues and team succeed. Our Project Associates also serve as mentors to our Interns, helping to guide and support their growth through direct mentorship and hands-on training.

12. Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

Hours: Standard hours in our DC office, Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. Additional hours and availability as needed.

Please note that this is an in-office position, 5 days a week.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field (including, but not limited to, political science, public policy,
international relations, statistics, math, business)
