About America Is All In
America Is All In (All In) represents the full strength of subnational leadership on climate change in the United States. Founded in 2017 as a response to the U.S. withdrawal from the Paris Agreement, All In was established as a platform for those committed to maintaining progress towards the country’s climate goals. All In quickly grew into the most expansive coalition ever assembled in support of climate action in the United States, encompassing thousands of members spanning U.S. cities, states, tribal nations, businesses, schools, and institutions of faith, health, and culture advancing climate action in their respective spheres of influence.Building on that foundation, All In is evolving into its next phase. In this pivotal moment for climate leadership in the United States and globally, there is a significant opportunity to scale the impact of All In in its role to support and elevate subnational leadership in the U.S. and globally.
All In currently has four co-chairs who help to guide and represent the coalition: Gina McCarthy, Governor Gavin Newsom, Governor JB Pritzker and Mayor Justin Bibb.

Partnering with All In’s leadership and partners, the Executive Director will chart the next course, assemble a powerhouse team, and galvanize action to achieve transformative results. All In will operate as a campaign-style initiative built to empower and deliver for mayors, governors, and other local leaders driving America’s climate ambition. Grounded in collaboration and focused on results, All In will unite stakeholders around shared priorities that advance bold, cross-sector climate action and elevate U.S. subnational leadership on the world stage.
The Executive Director will have a pulse on the landscape of activity, a keen ability to make sense of what’s going on, and be able to identify opportunities where All In can uniquely add value.
