Job Description

The great state of Wisconsin will once again be the tipping point state in 2024, making it feel like we are quite literally the center of the universe in 2024. Our next president will ride on just how many Wisconsinites decide to stay home or show up at the polls. Wisconsinites will determine the future of healthcare, abortion rights, voting access, the Senate majority, and so much more. A lot of pressure, right?
Luckily, Wisconsin has a super power: it’s young voters. Over 300,000 college students call Wisconsin home –** when students vote, we win. **
Building on work started during the [April 2023 Supreme Court Election](https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2023/04/11/wisconsin-liberal-youth-vote/), we’re building a scrappy and innovative organization that will organize our way to victory by inspiring thousands of college students to vote in the crucial 2024 elections.

- Manage fun and engaging events to educate students about the upcoming election and empower them to organize their peers
- Develop creative strategies and systems that will be most effective at your campuses to reach students and to motivate your team to successfully engage voters and hit their organizing metrics.
- Implement clear data and reporting procedures, adhere to established data standards, and ensure data integrity.
- Communicate clearly up and down the chain of command, including by rolling out campaign priorities, sharing key field learnings, and assisting in the development of statewide adaptations, where appropriate.
- Motivate and mentor entry-level staff to flourish in a fast-paced and rigorous campaign environment by facilitating daily check-in/out calls, 1:1 meetings, weekly trainings, and regular team meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Who Are You?**
As a successful candidate for this job, you will:
- Have at least one cycle of campaign experience and experience in a management role, experience in campus organizing is a plus
- Have a passion for progressive politics and inspiring young people to get involved
- Be excited to think outside the box and to ideate and innovate to find the most exciting and effective GOTV tactics
