Community Organizers will spend significant time **organizing in traditionally under-represented communities to increase voter participation and help bring new volunteers into the campaign’s field offices and volunteer pipeline**. Community Organizers will have regular, weekly goals for volunteer engagement and voter contact in their turfs, and will be a key part of our campaign team.
