Job Description

SUMMARY:
Massachusetts Democrat State Representative candidate is looking for a Campaign Manager (CM). The Campaign Manager is responsible for
leading the day-to-day campaign operations and executing the campaign plan. The CM will receive direction to develop campaign plans and goals
from the Campaign Team, including the candidate, advisors, and consultants.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Overseeing all volunteers, interns, and grass-top leaders.
Ensuring implementation of candidate’s vision, values, and campaign plan to secure victory during the campaign.
Managing the schedule and campaign operations to allow the candidate to perform on the trail and hit key benchmarks.
Setting up clear data tracking systems to be able to accurately report our field progress during the course of the campaign.
Working alongside the Treasurer and Consultant to manage the campaign budget and fundraising operations.

Building and enhancing key relationships for the candidate in regards to constituents, donors, volunteers, press, and other key stakeholder groups.
Traveling with the candidate to staff events within the candidate’s district.
Overseeing the daily execution of social media and email communications, which may include drafting and posting content.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Preferred
Has experience in recruiting volunteers, leading collaborative teams, and consistently delivering results.
Has experience with Votebuilder and making data-driven decisions.
Has experience in events management, specifically in planning and execution events.
Access to a car required.
Knowledge of the district preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
