Job Description

Red Wine & Blue is a national community of diverse suburban women working together to defeat extremism, one friend at a time (best explained by this Washington Post profile, [‘Blue’ suburban moms are mobilizing to counter conservatives](https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2022/02/09/suburban-women-voters-organize/) and this NYT episode of “The Daily,” [Why Suburban Women Changed Their Minds](https://www.nytimes.com/2020/10/26/podcasts/the-daily/suburban-women-trump-biden-election.html)). We use digital media and friend-to-friend organizing to fight disinformation and win campaigns in the most contested places in America. We are seeking a full-time Reporting Analyst to collect, analyze and compile information in order for our teams to tell a compelling story and make informed, data-driven decisions.

- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement contributing to strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand data and provide relevant insight.
- Speak to complex data and analytics in a way that is engaging for non-data thinkers and translate data into actionable and understandable insights
- Prepare and submit data-driven reports for grant applications and donor communications, highlighting the impact of outcomes of RWB’s programs.
- Provide troubleshooting and support on data tools for internal RWB teams
- Other duties as assigned
