## **Safeguarding American Values for Everyone**
**Safeguarding American Values for Everyone (SAVE)** is seeking a passionate and organized Voter Contact Organizer to join our team! In this fast-paced, temporary full-time role, you will play a critical role in maximizing voter outreach and education efforts. This position will begin on July 1 and end November 12,2024.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Direct Voter Contact:**
- Conduct phone banking and canvassing to connect with voters on key issues.
- Provide accurate and informative responses to voter questions about SAVE's mission and candidates we support.
- **Volunteer Training & Development:**
- Lead engaging and informative volunteer training sessions on phone banking, canvassing, and voter information.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to volunteers throughout the campaign season.
- **Data & Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of voter outreach activities and volunteer engagement.
- Assist with data analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for the Field Director on voter contact efforts.
- **Teamwork & Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with other organizers, campaign staff, and volunteers to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend all required staff meetings and trainings.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with voter outreach methods, such as phone banking and canvassing, is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using voter contact software and data management tools a plus.
- A passion for SAVE's mission and a commitment to increasing voter participation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, during peak campaign periods.
**Compensation:**
Salary is $55,000 annually.
