Job Description
Anna Payne for PA is seeking applicants for a Field Organizer position(s) for Anna’s campaign for State Representative for Pennsylvania’s 142nd District. This is a top-tier competitive race located in Lower Bucks County. This seat is crucial in maintaining and expanding the PA Democratic House majority.
**Major Responsibilities **
- Assist with the campaign’s field program, working directly with the candidate and campaign manager to ensure victory in November 2024.
- Help facilitate the field program that includes traditional and innovative field tactics; including; door knocking, phone/text banking, VBM, digital, etc..
- Analyze field data to create and track progress in voter contact universes.
- Manage relationships with fellows and interns, volunteers, and local democratic committees.
- Collaborate with and facilitate communication between field teams from partner campaigns and coordinated campaign offices.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience training, supporting, and managing staff or volunteers
- An ability to thrive under pressure
- An adaptable, collaborative team player
**NOTE: **Applicants must be willing to relocate to the Philadelphia suburbs. Supporter housing may be available.
Salary range is $4,000 - $4,250 commensurate with experience. Position starts ASAP and runs through the week of Pennsylvania’s General Election (November 5th, 2024).
