Job Description
### About Reproductive Freedom for All (Formerly NARAL Pro-Choice America)
For more than 50 years, Reproductive Freedom for All and its chapters have fought to protect and expand reproductive freedom —including access to abortion and contraception — for everybody. We are powered by our more than 4 million members from every state and congressional district in the country, representing the 8 in 10 Americans who believe every person should have the freedom to make the best decision for themselves about if, when, and how to raise a family.
Reproductive Freedom for All centers diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in our organization and our work. Continuously learning from our history, we hold ourselves accountable to achieve reproductive freedom with equitable access for everybody. As the oldest and largest national membership organization primarily focused on advocating for abortion access, we organize and mobilize, galvanizing millions of people to take action to defend reproductive freedom, and shining a spotlight of accountability on bad actors who work to impose their ideological agenda on others. We also work to elect champions for reproductive freedom and advance state and federal legislation to safeguard it. ### **About the role:**
This position has the unique opportunity to organize online with our 4 million members to win Reproductive Freedom for All, everywhere. They will create a community of volunteers who will take action on and offline through digital tools. This role will also develop strategies to support and empower our national organizers and volunteers to build power across the country. The National Digital Organizing Associate will infuse Reproductive Freedom for All's vision, mission, and theory of change in all digital communications. Use digital community building to foster transparency and connection among staff and volunteers.
This position will help build a digital organizing program where staff, volunteers, members, and activists feel like no matter where they live, who they are, or who they love,--they’re included, empowered, and at home. Where they can take the most effective actions (online and off) in pursuit of expanded access to abortion, contraception, maternal healthcare, and more. This person is an organizer through and through and loves empowering others through digital organizing to drive positive change in their communities. They are adept at navigating various social media platforms, such as Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit, and have a talent for crafting engaging and concise posts that resonate with their audience. Their writing style is dynamic, smart, and insightful. As a communicator, they excel in conveying complex ideas in a clear and accessible manner, whether through email, sms, blog posts, or online discussions. They will use the latest tools and tactics to build community and drive action online while bringing an unwavering commitment to our mission and values, strong interpersonal skills, and a never-ending desire to learn.
