Overview: The Will Rollins for Congress Campaign is seeking a Finance Assistant to join its growing 2024 campaign. Will is a strong fundraiser looking to expand his finance team. The Finance Assistant will report directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for helping execute a robust fundraising program to flip California’s 41st District from red to blue.

Duties: ● Assist with call time: staff the candidate, process contributions, log calls, complete call follow-ups; ● Coordinate with finance department to conduct donor research; ● Track pledges from donors; ● Staff the candidate at events as needed; ● Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: ● Willing to relocate for the campaign; ● 1+ cycles of campaign experience OR a relevant internship experience is preferred but not required; ● Basic knowledge of Google Suite and Excel; ● Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail; ● Positive attitude and willingness to learn; ● Ability to work evenings and weekends; ● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ● Experience with NGP is preferred, but not required.
