We seek an attentive and highly motivated Field Organizer to conduct our field operations through November. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with experience in political campaigns and/or community organizing to drive our grassroots efforts and achieve our ambitious goals. Must be available through November 5th, with no conflicts.

Responsibilities:

● Strategic Community Engagement: Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to engage voters, community leaders, and local organizations, building a broad coalition of support for the candidate.

● Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated volunteer team, ensuring effective canvassing, phone banking, and other campaign activities.

● Field Execution: complete phone banking, door knocking, and window sign delivery as assigned by the Field Director

● Data Management: Collaborate with teammates to ensure qualitative and quantitative field data is recorded and properly logged daily.

● Event Coordination: Identify community events for the candidate to attend, and organize and manage campaign events, including tabling and weekend activities.

● Social Media Collaboration: Assist the social media team with content generation to enhance the campaign's online presence

● Additional Duties: Undertake any other tasks as required to support the campaign's field operations.

Required Experience:

● Proven experience in community organizing, political campaigns, sales, or a related field.

● Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and motivate voters, volunteers and community members. Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with voter contact tools and software (e.g., PDI, NGP, or similar).

● Knowledge of the local community and political landscape.

● Bilingual skills are highly desirable (Cantonese, Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, etc)
