We are hiring Deputy Canvass Directors to help oversee a paid canvassing operation for a Pacific Northwest Congressional Campaign. We are seeking applicants with at least one cycle of previous campaign field experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervising paid canvassers in order to achieve program goals
• Recruitment, intake, training, and deployment of canvassers
• Providing canvassers with clear, quantitative goals and tracking progress
• Canvasser Messaging training
• Quality controlling canvasser data
• Utilizing internal tracking systems in order to monitor workflow

Qualifications

• Basic computer and interpersonal skills
• Punctuality!
• Highly motivated
• Familiarity with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Votebuilder/VAN/Minivan software
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
