JOB DESCRIPTION

The Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking qualified individuals to serve as GOTV Organizers from now through the end of November. These are full-time positions based mainly in Allegheny and Philadelphia counties:

● Individuals applying for Field Staff positions do not require prior campaign experience, though it is preferred.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment;

• Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public;

• Excellent oral and written communication skills;

• Strong time management and organizational abilities;

• Ability to work long and occasionally irregular hours, including occasional nights and weekends;

• Commitment to winning a Democratic Majority in the PA State Senate

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with VAN/Votebuilder software

• Basic proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)

Salaries start at $4000 per month and are commensurate with experience.
