What is Blueline? Blueline is a new fellowship program that matches campaign staff working the 2024 cycle with roles post-election in progressive and social impact organizations in 2025. These employers include issue advocacy nonprofits, social impact start-ups, political technology companies, and more. Blueline Fellows will drive high-impact work in these organizations, ranging from coalition building to product sales, to data analysis and operational logistics.** Blueline solves the cyclical unemployment problem that campaign staffers face in the off-year.** In addition to employment, Fellows will be a part of a cohort of highly talented operatives and receive career development from Blueline to chart out their long-term career in the progressive ecosystem.

**Who should apply for Blueline? **If you are working the 2024 cycle and know you want to build a long-term career in the progressive ecosystem, this fellowship is for you. We are looking for operatives who love this work and aspire to pursue careers in this space long-term.

For our Pilot Program in 2025, eligible candidates must:

• Currently work on a campaign in 2024 (electoral, ballot, or issue advocacy)
• Have at least TWO years of full-time work experience
• Be interested in working the 2026 cycle and aspire to pursue a long-term career in the progressive ecosystem
