Forward Blue, one of the fastest growing grassroots-funded PACs, is seeking a full-time non-cycle seasoned digital strategist to join our team and grow our fundraising operation.

✍️Job Responsibilities

• Develop high-impact, action-oriented copy for email and SMS that inspires grassroots supporters to contribute, engage, and take advocacy actions.

• Lead the production of digital fundraising campaigns with an emphasis on copy accuracy and audience targeting, ensuring messages reach and resonate with key segments.

• Collaborate with consultants as needed to strategize ads and outsourced digital fundraising.

• Embrace additional responsibilities as needed to drive campaign success, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness in a political environment.

🧠Preferred Knowledge + Experience

• 4+ years (or cycles) of experience in digital fundraising for a campaign, advocacy group, or nonprofit organization.

• Hands-on experience with CRMs or mass email platforms (bonus points for ActionKit + Switchboard).

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a sharp eye for detail and quality control.

• Able to work quickly and effectively in high-stakes, fast-paced situations without sacrificing quality.
