Description
Working Class Heroes Fund is seeking a Campaigns Manager to support working-class pro-labor candidates. A successful applicant will be a self-starter, detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proven record of leadership skills and innovation.
WCHF was founded by labor leader and independent Senate candidate Dan Osborn.
Overview
The Campaigns Manager will be a member of senior staff and work closely with the campaign leadership team to draft and execute a comprehensive campaign plan, including a robust fundraising strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall campaign strategy, including fundraising, communications, field, and voter outreach plans.

Oversee all aspects of campaign finance operations, including fundraising goals, budget allocation, and financial reporting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and other key stakeholders.

Supervise and mentor campaign staff, including finance staff.

Manage all aspects of campaign logistics and operations.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will excel at working with candidates, consultants, vendors, senior staff and a wide variety of stakeholders. They will demonstrate:

Commitment to electing working class candidates to federal office, and alignment with the belief that more working class people deserve a seat at the table in Washington.

Minimum one cycle of experience as a Campaign Manager, Deputy Campaign Manager, or a senior leadership role on a competitive statewide, congressional, or large municipal campaign.

Proven success in developing and executing winning campaign strategies, including fundraising plans.

Experience with campaign finance software (e.g., NGP VAN).

Willing to relocate for the duration of the current campaign cycle.

Strong written and oral communication skills, including public speaking and media relations experience.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
