JOB DESCRIPTION

Jane Fonda Climate PAC is laser-focused on electing climate champions at all levels of government and holding the fossil fuel industry accountable. Jane Fonda Climate PAC is seeking an experienced Digital Fundraising Director to lead our organization’s digital fundraising efforts for the 2025 election cycle and beyond. This position will report to the Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital fundraising program via email, SMS, ads, celebrity partnerships, social media and events

• Manage JanePAC’s email firm to ensure a healthy, creative and robust email program

• Execute creative digital campaigns for fundraising, rapid response and increased engagement

• Assist with fundraising and raising visibility for JanePAC’s endorsed climate candidates

• Support the social media program as needed

• Ensure JanePAC’s messaging is reaching a broad audience of supporters and donors

• Work with the Creative Director to ensure the PAC’s brand and messaging is aligned cross-platform

Qualifications:

• Experience leading comprehensive digital fundraising programs for electoral campaigns or advocacy organizations

• Previous campaign or advocacy experience in a digital role is a must

• Experience managing consultants and/or digital firms

• Strong creative writing skills

• Deep knowledge of healthy email deliverability tactics

• Experience with social media engagement and fundraising

• Knowledge of and passion for addressing the climate crisis

Salary range: $105,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and cost of living considerations

Location: This position is fully remote
