Are you passionate about creating change and making a real impact in your community? Join our team as a Paid Political Field Organizer and be at the forefront of grassroots campaigning!
We are seeking energetic, motivated, and civic-minded interns to support voter outreach, community engagement, and field operations for an active political campaign. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in politics, advocacy, and community organizing while working alongside experienced political strategists.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage voters directly
• Staff phone banks and text banking operations
• Assist in organizing community events and rallies
• Help with voter registration drives
• Distribute campaign literature and materials
• Collect and manage voter data in compliance with campaign protocols on Minivan
• Attend team trainings and briefings to stay up-to-date on campaign priorities
Qualifications:
• Passion for civic engagement and political activism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with voters and working in community settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a smart phone
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior campaign experience is a plus, but not required
