We are seeking a skilled ** Digital Ads Director** to join our team. If you have a passion for helping Democrats win, experience in digital ads fundraising, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital ad strategies focused on grassroots fundraising and supporter acquisition

• Build, launch, and manage ads directly in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital platforms

• Write persuasive, direct-to-camera ad copy in the authentic voice of each candidate or principal

• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, targeting, and creative across campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize daily to ensure strong ROI and goal alignment

• Run tests from copy to creative to audience segments and apply what works to future campaigns

• Track updates in platform policies, digital fundraising tactics, and emerging trends, applying them quickly and effectively

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing digital ad campaigns with a focus on fundraising

• Advanced working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Strong copywriting abilities, can deliver sharp, persuasive messaging in tight spaces, and capture a principal’s voice in a way that feels natural and authentic

• Confidence in interpreting performance data and making decisions based on metrics

• Work closely with a fast-moving team to execute digital fundraising strategies

• A clear commitment to Democratic campaigns, causes, and progressive change
