Jon Ossoff for Senate is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to drive the campaign’s creative and content execution. This is a creative and content role that will touch design, content, branding, and creative storytelling across all mediums. This position will serve as the primary creative lead and may eventually oversee a growing team of designers, content creators, and external vendors.
This position requires relocation to the Atlanta, GA area and a hybrid work schedule of at least three days a week in the office.
The Role
- Lead the campaign’s creative vision, brand identity, and execution across all platforms.
- Design and produce campaign assets (social graphics, print, merchandise, ads) as needed.
- Develop other creative content for digital platforms, social media, fundraising, paid media, and events.
- Hire, manage, and mentor creative team members and external contractors.
- Ensure all creative work is aligned with campaign messaging, strategic priorities, and audience goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and managing creative in an agency, corporate, political, government, or non-profit setting.
- Diverse portfolio of work.
- A strong understanding of current social media best practices.
- Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Willing and able to work flexible hours and weekends to meet campaign needs and deadlines.
- No prior political campaign experience required.
