JOB DESCRIPTION
Join an exciting grassroots campaign for a City Council race in Bethesda, Maryland. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized campaign staffer to help kick off our field operations, help with voter outreach, and work the candidate to develop and execute a strong field plan, manage volunteers and canvassers, and ensure the campaign is reaching its goals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintain detailed records and reports of voter outreach

Develop and implement a field strategy

Organize and oversee canvasses, phonebanks, and other voter contact efforts

Coordinate with candidate to align field and finance efforts with overall campaign strategy
